We are a week away from St. Patrick’s Day, people! The hubs is currently on a super strict paleo diet and swears that this will be his first year without a green beer in many, many years. I think he will break. I mean, it’s St. Patrick’s Day! One green beer won’t kill ya.
This past weekend I was avoiding doing meaningful house chores like cleaning and instead spruced up our credenza in the dining room to get ready for the festivities. Our credenza isn’t actually a credenza, but is actually a bedroom dresser that we couldn’t fit up the stairs in our rental home. So I’ve been pretending it was always meant to be in our living room. It fit’s that space perfectly.
Irish Mule Recipe
I am a huge Ginger Beer fan, plus I have these Moscow Mule mugs I received as a Christmas present that have gotten almost no use. So imagine my excitement when I came across the Hatchery’s Irish Mule recipe! It’s an “Irish” take on the Moscow Mule, substituting vodka for whiskey. My kind of drink.
The mint and lime combination smelled so so good that I continued to make a virgin version of drink all week until my ginger beer ran out. True story.
Click here to download a free PDF of my lucky banner! I printed it on normal printer paper, then used Tacky Glue to glue it to yarn along the top. You could also just use the shamrock pendants for a more simple banner option.
Have a good one, friends!
